Waffles
INGREDIENTS

3 cups freshly milled flour mill about 2 cups of wheat berries to produce about 3 cups of flour (I use half soft white wheat and 1/2 spelt)

2 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup mild oil (I use avocado oil)

3 cups cultured buttermilk (you can also use 3 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice added to regular milk to make your own version of buttermilk)

3 eggs large

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat waffle maker

Mill your wheat into fine flour

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix together and set aside

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, oil, and buttermilk
-
Slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined
-
Using whatever measurement your waffle maker states to use, scoop batter onto waffle maker and cook per manufacturer instructions to your desired "done" level.

Remove when done and ENJOY!
